Ark provides 10’, 20’, 40’, and 45′ containers. Storage Containers come in two heights 8’6” tall (standard) and 9’6” tall (also known as a high cube).

Ark’s Storage Containers (also known as Conex boxes) are leased to construction companies, hotel renovation projects, retail stores such as Walmart and local retail shops, auto body and auto repairers, marinas, stadiums, hospitals, residences, and universities.
Ark’s Office Containers are rented for the purpose of temporary site storage for construction projects, security booths, take-out windows for restaurants, mini pop-up shops, and for smaller businesses (such as landscapers) who are mostly in the field, but need a place to do computer work and have meetings at the end of the day.
Ark’s Self-Storage Container (also known as rollup doors) are specialty units that company with rollup doors, lighting, an electrical connection, and ventilation. These units are great for dividing up inventory into different compartments. Ark carries 20’ rollup door containers with 3 compartments as well as 40’ rollup door containers with 5 compartments.
Does Ark modify containers?
Ark is capable of modifying containers if the customer is willing to commit to a long term lease or are looking for a purchase option.
How soon can Ark deliver?
Ark is typically able to deliver within 24 hours’ notice. However, a lease agreement must be signed prior to scheduling delivery and a payment method must be provided as well. Ark typically requires 3-5 business days of notice in order to schedule the pickup of the unit from your yard or facility.

How much space is required to deliver a 20’ and 40’ container?
A 20’ storage container requires 60-80’ of space in front of the coned off area that the container will be dropped, while a 40’ storage container requires 80-100’ of space in front of the coned off area that the container will be dropped.
What is required at the time of delivery?
Ark drivers require there to be a specified delivery drop location on your property or project site, there must be enough space in front of the dropping area for our trailer to pull 60-100’ straight forward (depending on the size of the unit), in order for us to be able to drop the container. Ark requires there to be a site contact established and present during delivery to properly direct our driver.
